What happens when style transfers go wrong

A style transfer is when we take a photo and try to transform it into the style of another photo (or art style).

I tried it on a few different sites, and here are my results!

This is the original photo I used:



The first website I tried was Vheer, lots of AI image editing sites like this, but this is what it came out looking like:


I guess it was only meant to handle 1 person.

Prisma is a mobile-app that does similar stuff. Actually they have like 300+ styles, but the images came out just sort of low-quality:

Also surprised they didn't have anything titled anime. 

Okay and Facebook also has an AI Editing feature released to certain users already, so it was cool to check that one out. Here are the results of some of the generations.

Anime version looks like the guy is holding beer now 😵‍💫

Not sure why it made a family, but okay?

POV: your bride turns into a clay dude.

 

Anyways, there were a few outfit changes that turned out well, so I'll be taking inspiration from those!
