Image Policy

Please only upload images you own or have the legal right to use. By uploading images, you agree to indemnify Mindless Blob against any legal claims arising from misuse. Original images uploaded to our servers will only be viewable by the designer assigned to you and deleted within 30 days of upload or after the product has been shipped. We do reserve the right to produce and photograph products and altered images created for you for posting on Mindless Blob and related social media sites.

Shipping Policy

We only offer shipping to locations in Canada at this time! We do not offer shipping to remote locations or destinations that may incur additional delivery fees past the normal standard rates offered around Canada. Standard economy shipping is offered at a flat-rate of $10 unless otherwise specified in our deals and promotions. For promotions / special discounts involving free shipping, we ship via economy. Most orders can be expected to arrive in 4 - 14 business days, although we cannot guarantee any shipment times. Upon purchase and shipment, you will receive a tracking code to monitor any shipping updates to your package. Pick-up is available upon request in BC, Canada.

Refund / Return Policy

Since products are made-to-order, we don't offer returns. We do want to make sure you're satisfied with your order; if something didn't turn out the way you expected, please let us know and we'll try our best to make it right.
